KARMAYOGI IAS, founded in 2020 by Aditya Sir—a three-time Civil Services Interviewee—is committed to making affordable, quality education accessible to every UPSC aspirant.

Our Faculty
Aditya Sir
Founder of KARMAYOGI IAS, Aditya Sir is affectionately known as the “IRON Man” by students. His unwavering dedication and perseverance have inspired countless aspirants. He has personally guided over 50 civil services aspirants across the country. Known for his subtle teaching style and empathetic approach, he is widely respected among students. He has taught Ethics, History, and Sociology at several top civil services institutes nationwide.
Chandrashekhar Sir
Widely regarded as the Prelims Master, Chandrashekhar Sir has successfully cleared the Forest and Civil Services Prelims four times. He has also appeared in two PCS and CAPF interviews, and brings with him over five years of teaching experience.
Siddharth Sir
A subject expert in History, Siddharth Sir has appeared in the Civil Services Interview and two BPSC Interviews. He is well-known for his in-depth knowledge and conceptual clarity, making him a favorite among aspirants.
Shubham Ajmera
Founder of UPSC and Beyond, Shubham Sir has mentored numerous civil servants across India. He has cleared UPSC Prelims thrice, and is known for scoring exceptionally high marks in Essay and GS Paper 2. He is a highly sought-after faculty for Essay preparation.
